“Thank you so much for the photos, they look amazing, we LOVE them!!
Thank you also so much for your work on the day – you were fantastic and it was so lovely to have you with us (in particular keeping us calm and relaxed!!).”
I honestly feel so lucky to have been part of this amazing Town Hall Hotel wedding!
Alison and Dónal got married at one of my favourite registry offices in London, the gorgeous Stoke Newington Town Hall. That place in an absolute dream for any fine art wedding photographer – I love the brutalist concrete exterior and beautiful midcentury modern style council chamber and the light in there is divine! After a quick pint at the Crown&Rose pub around the corner we all headed to the Town Hall Hotel in Bethnal Green for a super stylish reception in the former meeting rooms and chambers. If you like midcentury modern you’re going to love this place! Teak wall panelling, original furniture, quirky details and the most impressive staircase of any hotel I have ever been to.
But it wasn’t all details and teak furniture at the Town Hall Hotel, Alison and Dónal’s wedding was fun, fun, FUN! Friends and family from all over the world joined them to celebrate their marriage and it was obvious that every single one of their guests absolutely adores them. And honestly, so do I.
